HumanwareOS
HumanwareOS is an operating system for a human life in the age of AI: the systems, agents, and practices that keep a life legible and intentional while the tools around it change every few months.
It is the layer underneath everything else I am building. Heirlooming, Juno, and TwoLife are each a product-shaped piece of the same thesis — that the interesting problem is not making AI more capable, but keeping a human life coherent while it becomes so.
Two AI agents, Liv and Max, run my daily operations on top of it: scheduling, triage, research, publishing, and the maintenance of the record itself.
