Blissfully was a SaaS management platform: a system of record for every application a company was paying for, who had access to it, and what happened when someone joined or left.
The wedge was that nobody knew. Software purchasing had moved out of IT and onto everyone's credit card, and the resulting sprawl was a security problem and a spending problem at the same time. The company was acquired.
